The Programme

The Volkswagen Advanced Apprenticeship Programme offers great opportunities with great prospects.

Volkswagen has a reputation for providing service and training that is second to none. A successful business demands a skilled workforce. And a skilled workforce demands training and knowledge. It's that simple.

We look to attract, develop, recognise and reward the talents of a broad range of people. Volkswagen trained apprentices add real benefits to our dealerships, and, in return, you have the chance to build the foundations for an exciting, rewarding and fulfilling career.

The course operates on a system of block release from your work place that allows focused learning which can then be put into practice back at the workshop. You will attend one-week blocks at the training centre where you will be given full support to help you successfully complete the programme. In fact, Volkswagen Group and your Volkswagen dealership will support you in everything while you train, such as your course fees, accommodation, meals, travelling expenses and also, of course, your wages.

The Volkswagen Advanced Apprenticeship allows talented apprentices all the means and motivation to develop their full potential.
